Authors are requested to send only those materials which are not previously published and are not under consideration for publication by another journal. Authors are also requested to describe their experimental procedures in sufficient details so that others can repeat them, if requires. Please prepare your manuscript,

  • In English using MS Word, in Times New Roman font.
  • The font size of the text should be of 12pt.

All research articles should have the following sections:

  1. Title page
  2. Abstract, Key words
  3. Introduction
  4. Materials and methods
  5. Results and discussion
  6. Conclusion
  7. Acknowledgement (if any) and
  8. References

Title page

A brief and meaningful title covering main objectives of the work should be given. Title should be of 16 pt in bold face and in title case, viz.

Names of the authors and affiliations:

Name of authors will come in the next line of the title. This will be in 12 pt. (bold face). Addresses of authors will come next in 12 pt (normal face) by indicating suitable superscripts. An asterisk (*) must be placed after the name of the corresponding author as superscript whose email id, fax, telephone number can be given, e.g.,

Rajni Samant1, Prabhu Dayal Sharma2 and Hirambar Ponda2*

Abstract

After title page the next page will be for “Abstract”. Type “abstract” in 12 pt bold. Abstract should be written under the following headings: Problems, Experimental approach, Findings and Conclusion (type all these in 10 pt bold) Text of abstract, within 150 words, should be typed in 12 pt in normal face. This will be followed by 5 to 6 key words. Type ‘Key words’ in 10 pt bold (Italic). But key words should be typed in 12 pt in normal face. e.g.

Abstract

  • Findings:
  • Conclusion:
  • Key words:

Introduction

After ‘Abstract’, “Introduction” comes. Type “Introduction” in 12 pt bold. A brief introduction stating the purpose of the investigation and similar previous research work will have to mention. Only information essential to the arguments should be presented. Text should be typed in 12 pt in normal face.

Materials and Methods

Materials and methods should be stated in detail specially for the materials studied, instruments used, specialized chemicals etc. so that the experiments can be repeated by other workers if requires. The term ‘Materials and Methods’ should be typed in 12 pt bold while for the text 12 pt normal face is used.

Results and Discussions

This part should be discussed based on experimental results. Results may be placed in table/ figure/ graph etc. These are accordingly numbered. Digital photo may be used with proper numbering. Labels of the table, graph and figures must be in the text form and should not form part of the image. Suitable title should be given for each table/bar diagram/ graph/photo etc. Foot note must be placed below the table. In discussion part obtained results should be discussed in detail and should relate them to the existing knowledge in the field as clearly as possible. Irrelevant discussion should be avoided. The term ‘Results and Discussion’ should be typed in 12 pt bold and the text is typed in 12 pt normal face.

Conclusion

Outcome of the research work and its importance may be written in few lines in conclusion. The word ‘Conclusion’ should be typed in 12 pt bold and the text is typed in 12 pt normal face.

Acknowledgement (if any)

If needed acknowledgement is given. This section can be used to acknowledge the help of those who are not author but helped the study by giving expertise or by funding. The word ‘Acknowledgement’ should be typed in 12 pt bold and the text is typed in 12 pt normal face.

References

References to the literature cited for the manuscript should be numbered in order of appearance in the manuscript and cited in the text with superscript numbers. The word ‘References’ should be typed in 12 pt bold and the text is typed in 12 pt normal face.

The reference number should follow the following format.

For Journals

The format should be as follow,

Format should be as follow,

Format should be as follow,

Short communications

Important findings in brief, a maximum of five pages including table and illustrations, may be considered as ‘Short Communication’.

Review Articles

Important current topic in medical science may be covered in ‘Review Article’. Review articles should not be more than 12 pages.

Case Study

An in-depth investigation of a single individual, group, or event will be considered as ‘Case study’. Case study may also be the critical survey of any complication in a region or an area. Case studies may be descriptive or explanatory.

Ethical Matters

Experiments with animals and human subjects must have approval from the appropriate Ethics committee. This should be stated clearly in the ‘Methods and Materials’ section of the manuscript.

Plagiarism

In simple language plagiarism means to use scientific data of other workers in the paper. Authors are warned about plagiarism and in case it is found, the concerned author will be solely responsible for plagiarism. This journal will not be responsible for further action on plagiarism issue.

Photo and Resume

The Journal publishes photo and brief resume (within one hundred words) of the corresponding author.

Send article with your photo and resume and a forwarding letter to the Editor. Signatures of all authors are required.
